AVOCADO FRIES AT THEIR HEALTHIEST!
Heat oven to 350F
De-pit & cut the avo in to 1/2 inch slices
Fill one small bowl half way with coconut flour, pinch of garlic powder & sea salt
Fill second small bowl half way with coconut milk
Fill third small bowl half way with nutritional yeast
Dip first in flour, second in milk, third in nutritional yeast
Place on baking tray w/ parchment paper
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown)
Let cool for 5 min & serve with your fav dipping sauce!
